Introduction to Pilates Course - Announcement

Hi All,


I just wanted to let you know what I will be up to in May, together with the Kill Running Club (KRC), I will be running an Introduction to Pilates Course charity fundraising event.


There is no set donation & no amount is too small, I would ask to donate whatever amount is possible at https://gofund.me/264b34a5

All money goes to http://kwwspca.ie/ it is an animal shelter where we have rescued our lovely pooch Ben from (he is mad about running and playing ball). If one cannot afford a donation, they are still welcome to register for this course.


Classes are geared towards total beginners, someone who needs a refresher as they haven't done Pilates in a while or their previous Pilates experience was on equipment & now would like to try Mat Pilates. Everyone is welcome male and female - Pilates is for Every Body and Everybody. In the class we will go through foundations of Pilates to prepare one for the mat flow. All you need, is a mat!

Classes will be recorded, therefore if one can only do Saturday, they will receive a recording of the Tuesday class so they can do it in their own time prior to Saturday class and vice versa. Classes are linked together and we will progress as we go through, therefore it is beneficial for everyone to complete the recorded class if they missed a live one (ideally even more than once).

* Recordings will be available via JG Pilates App for the duration of the course only.


IMPORTANT!

These classes and recordings will also be available to YOU (my current clients). Therefore, if you wish to participate let me know and I will add you onto the group where you can access all the recordings and all communication will be sent.
