How does it work?

Welcome to my virtual Pilates classes! I believe in providing personalized attention and ensuring each participant gets the best experience possible. That's why I cap my classes at a maximum of 6 clients, allowing me to keep a close eye on everyone in the virtual room.

During the class, I'll demonstrate exercises, but my focus is on guiding you through the movements. I encourage you to listen to my instructions, connect with your body and breath, and follow along. If you ever feel unsure or need reassurance, feel free to glance at my demonstration for reference.

While I understand some prefer to have their camera off, keeping it on allows me to offer valuable feedback on your posture and alignment. It also enables me to tailor the class to your progress, ensuring you stay motivated and challenged.


Before joining a class, please complete a quick online waiver form – no need to print anything. This step ensures a smooth and safe experience for everyone.
