You can book classes individually or you can purchase a Plan of 10 classes which is financially more beneficial for you. Afterthat you need to book yourself into a classes each week via website or via app.

Virtual Matwork

Nobody heard of ZOOM before Covid19, however, now everybody talks about it. ZOOM is amazing, it allows you to connect with people all over the world and it is very easy to navigate, all you need is an internet connection on your mobile, tablet, laptop or connectable TV.

Studies show that virtual movement therapy is just as effective as person-to-person sessions. Make a virtual therapy part of your movement routine! It is a great way to stay active, fit, connected and it boosts your immune system - all from the comfort of your home or anywhere you can find an internet connection.

How does it work?

I have a maximum of 6 clients per class, this enables me to keep an eye on everyone in the virtual room. I model exercises for you, however I would encourage you to listen to my instructions, follow my voice and connect with your body and your breath. I am here for reference only, if you are confused with any instructions or need reassurance that you are following me correctly, then take a look. 

I often get asked can I have my camera switched off? If you prefer to have your camera switched off that is okay, however I cannot correct your posture & alignment when and if I need to. Also, I cannot see your progress. I build my classes based on the ability of the participants, to keep you motivated and challenged. 

Prior to attending a class I need you to complete an online waiver form (there is no need to print anything).
